By accessing or using the GoPedl platform or Lockr Labs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Lockr Labs builds commercial-grade smart lock hardware and GoPedl, a software platform for bike rental operators covering reservations, walk-up rentals, payments, digital waivers, fleet management, guest messaging, and smart-lock access.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use rented equipment and our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Rentals booked through GoPedl are agreements between the guest and the operator. Guests are responsible for the equipment during an active rental, including locking the bike and ending the rental in the app. Smart locks record location during active rentals, as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Lockr Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Lockr Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
